We operate mainly from Downham Market in Norfolk as well as online. Occasionally we visit the Rocky Mountains near Calgary in Canada and offer our design service in both locations.

We now have two demonstration facilities in Norfolk where you can hear some of our products for yourself. Contact us to make an appointment.

Please note that all warranties and product guarantees are provided by the manufacturer and not 8th Dimension Audio. We will assist you as far as possible with all warranty issues, but the final decision will remain with the manufacturer.
